Amiyi–Akah Autonomous Community Invitation to Tender for the Construction of Amiyi–Akah Community Hospital.

The leadership of Amiyi–Akah Autonomous Community, through its Hospital Project Committee, hereby invites qualified building contractors to submit bids for the construction works of the Amiyi–Akah Community Hospital.

This project is a landmark step in our quest to bring quality healthcare closer to our people. In line with our values of openness, transparency, and accountability, the bidding process is being made public.

 Bid Submission Period: 

Monday, 29th September - Saturday, 4th October.

 Scope of Work 

Execution of construction and structural works for the hospital project.

Supervision and delivery of all stages of building work (foundation, blockwork, roofing, plastering, flooring, etc.).

Compliance with building codes, health facility standards, and the official design plan.

 Note: 

The Hospital Project Committee will provide and purchase all building materials directly.

Contractors are bidding only for labor, technical execution, and workmanship.

 Requirements 

Interested contractors must provide:

Educational and  professional Certificates.

Evidence of similar hospital/major building projects successfully executed.

Work plan and costing proposal (labor/technical execution only, without materials).

Must be Technician and Fininaical Capable.

Recent personal or company bank statement for the last 6 months (optional).

3. Submit your completed application on or before the deadline.

 Disclaimer 

Late submissions will not be considered, and any bid received after the deadline will be automatically disqualified and deemed invalid.

Bidders are advised to physically inspect the site prior to submitting a bid or tender.

Canvassing or exerting undue influence will result in disqualification.

Submission of a bid or tender does not entitle any bidder or tenderer to claim indemnity, damages, or any other compensation from the Community.
